Coral Calcium has the ideal calcium to magnesium ratio of 2:1 that supports bone health and heart, nerve and muscle function. No live coral was harmed in the harvesting of 21st Century's Eco-Friendly Coral Calcium.
As a calcium supplement, adults take four (4) capsules with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
