Good quality ingredients in legit dosages. This could be good for anyone from a active person (runner/hiker/etc) to a person that is more sedentary. Helps blood flow and actually has some natural herbal extracts as well that are legit and proven through a lot of studies. Most likely the people who buy this are people who are not as active. But if you see this review and your an active person, this too can be good for you.. But I'd recommend l-argine or l-citrulline (or malate) as well. Also make sure your taking your vitamin D3 + vitamin K whether your sedentary or active.
