This is a good quality chaga product and I really felt an immune boosting effect while taking it. The only problem I had with the product was that the dropper was not working right from the start. I had the same problem with some other North American Herb & Spice products and I think the company should solve this problem!

Just like Instant chocolate powders retain few benefits of Cacao powder, Chaga extracts also carry few benefits of the raw Chaga mushroom powder. Over-processing robs the Chaga of most of its vitamins and minerals. So you may want to look for Raw chaga instead of extract. The interior of Chaga holds all the vitamins and minerals. It is not clear how much active ingredient from black-gold chaga this one hold. This is one does have some dark brown bits but there are more pure chaga out there.
