This is a good herb for many conditions, however I have been using it for tinnitus as well as for increased circulation. Will it ever go away, probably not, but I feel it does help the shushing sound a few degrees. It helps elephants with their memory- they eat the leaves!

The capsules are tiny so you can take 2 or 3 at a time. The flavor its like ginkgo biloba so i think they're good. I take too many supplements so i might go for a greater dosage next time but if you are looking for your sweet spot this might be a good format.
