Solgar water pill is a gentle and effective diuretic. My mother has been using these for years when needed. They work well and are gentle on the system. I like that this is natural and Solgar is a trusted brand.

I was using another brand for water retention, and there wasn't much effect. I can tell the difference with this item, it's good. But wonder why the iHerb offers do not apply to this brand.

Not sure what it does.. No effect on getting rid of my water retention issues or bloated-ness. I don't feel any difference at all.
