I like this brand because of the good prices and variety of supplements. the size is very decent compare to others. natural ingredient and quality as well is good. im not sure about the minerals but all in all including the packaging is good. one of the immediate benefit i have seen in me while using this product is symptom of having a little high insulin level is getting address. taste is not good hahaha

according to my doctor i have pre diabetes he said soon you need to use pills I didn't want too .so i searched and found about insulin resistance from the signs i have it, you can check online for the signs ,. i had most but the worst was hot flashes my body was so hot for years and belly started to get bigger and bigger and i have to wake up at night to urinate .. so i used this product ..after around 2 weeks i noticed i lost wieght especially my belly then i dont get as hot as before and i dont wake up at night as much ..only if I drink lots of fluides .. now i stopeded fluids 2 hours before sleeping and take this pill at night great .. I don't wake up to urinate and my insuline is much less so no fat storing ..i started walking as well 3 times a week 2miles never felt better. i recomend .. i might try other producs with this like life extension tri sugar Shield and/or nature's way diabetic complete if i helped like my review thanx

I like this brand because of the good prices and variety of supplements. The only downside is that almost all products have calcium included, not so good if you supplement with high amounts of Vitamin D. But because I don’t drink milk or consume many products with Calcium, it does not bother me so much.

Everybody is different, so what works for one person may not work for another. That said, this works for me, I don't crave carbs as much as I used to. Maybe it's a placebo, but I feel the difference when I stop taking. At first I couldn't tell if it was working until one day when I didn't take it I noticed I was craving sugar A LOT. I keep taking this every day to maintain my sugar cravings.
