I’m really happy with this product. I take 1 cap with a meal to help with digestion. Since I’ve been taking it I have comfort & no bloating. Discomfort with digestion started a few yrs back. The Dr prescribed Nexium. It did not help. It only eased some of the pain after eating. But my belly was still bloated. after taking the pill, i can see my gas being released and feels much lighter. also, i do not feel so stuffed up when i take the pill prior to taking my meal, so to me , it is a great product for aiding my digestion

This has helped me a lot when I could barely digest anything after a course of antibiotics. The only drawback of taking enzymes is that they make you feel hungry! The description says to take it before the meal, but I would often forget and take it during the meal or after. It still worked fine, though the effect was stronger if I actually took it as adviced.
