Great magnesium I use to take in the evening. This mineral has a lot of benefits including loss of muscle cramps (together with magnesium citrate) and it improved my sleep. Good ingredients and quality and the size of the capsules are just fine to me and there is not after taste
Bluebonnet nutrition makes high quality supplements and I absolutely love this magnesium. It contains 200 mg of magnesium bisglycinate and is in the buffered form which is easy on the stomach. Magnesium bisglycinate helps with my leg cramps . It also is effective for relaxation. This is a staple in my vitamin regimen.
I've started these Magnesium tablets after checking many options and decided to buy these as the tablets are buffered making it more gentle on the digestive tract and easier to absorb. They are also easy to swallow and most importantly, the effect was almost immediate. Before I started taking Magnesium, I was waking up every other night with painful leg cramps. To my astonishment, the effect took place quickly as the leg cramps were gone within two days. I've since finished the smaller jar of 60 capsules and already started the bigger jar of 120 capsules, and to this day, NO MORE LEG CRAMPS!!

I need the buffered version because it is easier on my digestive tract. It has a 200 mg dose per capsule. Magnesium bisglycinate is a highly absorbable form of magnesium. It is buffered with magnesium oxide and that works well with my sensitive system. Hands down .... my favorite.
This is the only magnesium supplement I buy because I specifically prefer the bisglycenate formula, which is easier on the digestive system. The encapsulated powder capsule size is average and easy to swallow unlike some other brands that have huge caps made of the pressed ingredients. I prefer this type of packaging. I take it to calm the nervous system and to help with sleep.
I had ordered three Bluebonnet Nutrition products and they were all bubble wrapped for protection which I greatly appreciate. I needed a better form of magnesium than I had been taking because the others were just so dry and huge and I was supposed to be taking 2-3 times a day. This is much easier to manage at one a day and I'm hoping this form will provide the benefits I need, one being terribly painful thigh cramps at night.
About the benefits It helped with some neurons issues and affected sleep in positive way. The quality, ingredients, size, and packaging are awesome. The age or expiry for years which its good. I like that it helped me with all of the mentioned above. And always read too much about any supplement you consume, that's all.

These are fabulous if you need a little help being regular in the bathroom department and it doesn't irritate the stomach as they're buffered. (As a side note I also take Magnesium-L-Threonate for brain health). The price is good. I always buy them at Iherb as they have the best price. The capsules are not tiny but still quite easy to swallow. Recommended!
