My mom, now 78 had a major stroke almost 20 years ago, been put on heavy dose in cholesterol meds since, and in recent years started to experience shortness of breath due to heart enlargement, possibly caused by the side effects of cholesterol meds. I bought her these, taking one capsule a day. In 3 months, she started to feel more ease even when walking down the street. She asks to continue with this supplement.
