I did not give 5 stars because this brand is a bit more expensive than another brands in iHerb. But I like the packaging in being dark container. Also I like it is not glass as there are no danger in it to break on the journey to deliver and also is lighter than glass. The size of the capsules is a bit bigger than other brands, but it is not too difficult to take. I recommend it shows good quality. 90% of the planet needs to supplement vitamin d3 in a good dosage, which at least replace the sun light which no one this days has the time to expose to absorb enough, without mention that not all countries can get sun with UVB because geographic position. When you supplement your vitamin d3 in the right dosage, you don't need to worry about sun light. 90% of our planet is deficient in vitamin d, if not we would not go through this pandemic. That is the only solution to fix your immune system. The right dosage is your kgs multiply by 200 and then the result is your daily dosage. You can round up, not down, up to 10,000 IU or 20,000 IU or even 30,000 IU if you weight more than 100kgs. After 4 months your level is going up and you are going to see the effect in your health in general, not only on your bones, but all your health will make a lot difference for better, even your mental health will improve. It has no taste because is in capsules. Easy to take because is oil capsules. The ingredients are good quality. I just love it. It did change my life.
