I have been taking red clover capsules twice daily for warm/hot flashes during the day and night. It actually helped tremendously, but I thought I would order this hormonal changease and try it and add to the red clover. It seemed to really throw my body off and my symptoms were much worse. I only used them for a couple of days. I'm not sure if it was due to taking both herbal formulas together that may have been too much, but I had to stop the hc. It may be fine alone and work, but I didn't want to take that chance after my experience.

I like this formula very much because it doesn't have the Dong Quai included in it that most of the Menopause formulas have. I have read in herbal books that this herb stimulates or causes new uterine tumors to form. I have not used it that long yet, but it seems to help with the hot flashes.
