I deal with anemia quite a lot. I also like to donate blood and last time I tried my iron was still off. Two of the ladies on the van one being a nutritionist told me the Flintstones vitamins are highly recommended for blood donors in particular. So once I am allowed to do so again I will see how it does in the long run. Tell you what the taste is quite nostalgic I went from 33 back to 4 in an instant its great at any age. Also Betty is now a vitamin! So happy to see her.

I used to take this multivitamins when I was a kid. Now my daughter is taking them as well. So glad it is still available in the market. She loves the flavors and the cute design.

Nutrionally, this item is 5 stars - has normalised my ARFID child's nutrition panel, which several other brands of supplements hadn't. However, they don't taste the best and they stain teeth, especially if your child sucks on them instead of chewing. Recommend cheating quickly and rinsing mouth afterwards.

I use it for my 2 yo son it’s great and I bought two more of it he has low iron level in blood and after 3 months of taking this pills his iron level raised to normal

A great vitamin that my child enjoys has such polyvitamins as Flintstones chewing like the gum. It has combo ed vitamins, and iron prevails, making it an excellent poly vitamin.

Easy to take since they’re chewable. As an adult the percentages of the vitamins are low so you can take other supplements that also have vitamins.

My kid will suck on it for a good 30minutes, trying to dissolved the tablet instead of chewing them. Looks forward to taking one each day. Noticed a healthier response.
