I use Milk Thistle seeds to calm my eczema, which does the trick. I grind some seeds each time and at night before bed, I put 2 heaping teaspoons of the ground seeds in a large tea cup with hot water. I let it sit all night and in the morning I mix everything and drink after the contents sink a little. At the end try to eat the inside of the kernel as well (the white parts - optional). And within two-three days I see relief in my eczema.

My doctor recommended that I take this product to detoxify my sinuses from some other medications I am taking. I grind it and eat 2 spoons per day. Unfortunately it doesn't taste good, it's bitter, so I mix it with yogurt so I can swallow it. I tried putting it in my salad. but even there it spoils the taste of the salad. Is there anybody out there to suggest a better way to take it?
For some reason this makes me feel not so great. I've studied herbalism to an extent throughout the years so I understand the benefits milk thistle can have. For some reason I'm sensitive this even with just one or two cups. I'm average in many ways so, I don't know. The feeling I feel when I have this is that my liver feels a bit inflamed bu that's a guess. Maybe it's the effect of cleansing - it's gets worse before it gets better.
