I bought it to replace the vitamins for women of the same brand as they don’t contain any special adding for male only. I like the gummies and I always try to find some necessary supplements as chewable gummies. These vitamins are well-balanced, however I have been taking extra iron because they don’t contain enough mineral of iron.
This is not the main Multi I take but I do take it on some days. The potency is not as high and the serving size is 4 gummies a day, which actually works out well for me because I can take less on the days when I feel I don't need as much support (like on weekends). I also appreciate that everything ingredient is derived from organic whole food blends and nothing is synthetically made. One down side is the sugar - I wish they would just cut the 4g added sugar altogether.
Amazing multi vitamen. I use this daily. I have seen a major differences/effects in my skin, hair and overall health. I have more energy and my mental health has improved as well. It is also easier to build mussle. You can't go wrong with 100% organic ingredients. If you are defiencent in anything, I highly reccomend! P.S. The taste is delicious.
