Perfect amount of energy! I wanted to avoid caffeine at all costs when it came to my preworkout. I used to be addicted to the classics, C4, jack3d, etc. stopped preworkouts altogether for sleep quality, made a world of difference. Just enough caffeine in here that it doesn’t throw off my circadian rhythm, tastes good, quality ingredients.
It's one of the best organic pre workout on the market right now. Don't forget to take it before 12 pm otherwise the caffeine in it will keep you awake at night (don't forget that caffeine stays in the system about 10 hours). Thumbs up if you like my review. Thks
I was using alot of the classic pre-workout drinks. They worked but gave a short burst of jittery energy. I wanted something clean, good ingredients but strong. This does the trick, it's not as extreme as the other types but gives a clear boost in energy for longer and without jitters. Great benefits for cheaper than buying those energy drinks. Tastes good too.
As an organic pre-workout and with less caffeine than the rest I find it to be quite good! It can not be compared to typical gym pre-workouts which are pumped with ingredients and caffeine but it def does what it promises. Flavor is also not the best so I recommend taking it with a small glass of water :)
For mornings when I don't have time for coffee as a preworkout and am lifting or going on a long run, I use this! I like that it has more natural ingredients and a bit less caffeine that other preworkout powders (some of those scare me as they are SO intense!). I want a bit of a boost without going overboard. I also like the addition of blackberry which balances out the cherry to make it not overly sweet. Simple, easy to mix, delish and gets the job done!
I was using C4 berry flavour before and it was good in taste. This organic one taste a bit weird than C4. Talking about the efficiency if the product it gives you a slightly less boost / stamina / energy as compared with my previous product. Moreover, it doesn't fully dissolve in the water, you can feel small particles while drinking it. Lastly, the benfit of this product is that it is all organic so this is the main reason for switching to it. Thank you.
Excellent product! Helps boost energy before workout. The taste and quality of the item is very good can’t fault it in anyway. The efficiency of the drink I would say depends on how much caffeine dosage you take in the first place. I’m not a hardcore caffeine person so I find the product excellent for my needs. It may look like small bottle but only one small scoop is needed. Package came as mentioned delivery was quick and I could track where my parcel was.
I was really surprised by this product because not only is it an organic plant based pre-workout but it also tasted really good. I actually liked that it had a bit of an earthy taste and not synthetic flavor. Unfortunately, this product triggered my caffeine sensitivity but in the end it really got the job done and did what any pre-workout would do which is why I would still recommend it if that is the type of result you want. It'll definitely give you energy within the first 30 minutes of taking it.
I am using it for an everyday kick. The flavour is really nice actually and my body can dygest it as a first or second thing in the morning after tea. Sattisfied.
Got it for my boyfriend who stoped using regular chemical pre workouts because they made him anxious and feeling like he is in drugs This one is great. Makes you energized and ready to go without any mental craziness going on Great taste too!
