I been trying to find these pills, I found a post where it really helped 3 people who have the same disorder as me. I take 2 every morning after I take my probiotics. I plan on buying more. Also they came very quickly!

I'm a regular kombucha brewer/drinker, and I saw this product and of course had to try. I'm a big believer in the power of a healthy gut, and I felt that these were a great supplement to an already-gut-healthy diet. I only take 1 a day, and I think it's enough. Keeps my gut happy :D I abstained from the last star because they are a bit pricey, especially if you take the full recommended dosage.

This really settles the tummy, though can’t vouch if the tummy upset is extreme, but it works well for me. Take as needed.
