Himalaya makes great quality product. My Dr was concerned about fatty liver. I started taking these and at my following check up my bloodwork was back in the normal ranges. I also reduced my alcohol intake, but I think in combination it is great support. I also love that they are vegetarian and I can look up all the ingredients. (no chemicals I don't understand!)
I've been taking this for years. This used to cost me $23 a bottle, but the price has gone up a lot the last few years :') According to my Chinese medicine doctor, liver supplements help induce colds, which I have experienced when I took other kinds of liver supplements.
