I buy this parchment paper to avoid some of the toxins used in other brands. I prefer the roll here than the pre-cut sheets. I use this for baking, as well crafting (on a heat press for a protective sheet). I like that less toxins are seeping into my food and air.

I use it all the time. This product is outstanding. I never used aluminum foil ever since I discovered this baking paper. I also don't need to use as much oil as I use to. Somehow my food is less dry and more ''saucy''. It tastes so much better and healthier. There's also so much of it in 1 roll, it lasts a veeeery long time :) It doesn't have the metal guard to cut as you unroll it so it's a bit tricky to cut it at first, but once you've got the trick (You have to hold it a certain way...) it's very easy. Anyway, it is much better for the environment!

I found this parchment paper while shopping online several years ago for environment-friendly products, and am very pleased with this paper! I mistakingly purchased the parchment paper rather than the pre-cut baking sheets (which are super convenient), but still use this paper often. I roast most of my vegetables and do not need to add additional oil to the baking sheet before roasting, which is a big plus for me. I also make cauliflower crusts for pizza and using this paper makes it so easy to go from rolled out crust straight to the oven! I now plan to try the liners for pie and loaf pans!

Lovely parchment baking paper. Eco-product. I tried it for baking, muesli, - nothing stuck. I really like other products of this manufacturer. Practical and useful for frequent use in everyday life. It's nice that it's just unbleached paper without chemicals. Size is just perfect. Package is also eco. Love it!

I use this on my pan to keep them clean when I am making something that would normally stick. I also use it when I make pizza. I spread the dough on it and add toppings. Then I can lift it and put it on the hot pizza stone. I remove the paper after 5 minutes in the oven.

I hate washing baking pans so I use baking paper for things like nachos (don't lose that cheese!) or oily foods or baked goods. I also use it for making roll cakes where you need the parchment to roll it up. One of these days I'll try making the steam baked in parchment style meal. I really like knowing this is a natural friendly brand since i use it fairly often. I brought this to Japan from the US last time so very happy it's on iHerb now. Love iHerb! It's a large roll so will last awhile but I'll get more here when I run out.

I have been using this product for more than 15 years in all my baking activities. I purchased some with me from the US before leaving. Thanks iHerb for making it available so I don’t need to worry about supplies.

I love this parchment paper! It's a safer option, being unbleached. I bake chicken, fish, etc. on this and never have problem with sticking. It's easy to clean up after cooking. I just toss the paper in a garbage can. Good for me and my baking pans!

love If You Care products! the cutter is not the best(not easy to cut) but I feel safer to use this rather than other products so this small inconvenience doesn’t bother me. I’d buy again!
