I have tried and tested a lot of these products. Some were really good, some were nah.....but this one beats them all! I decided to shy a while from it as the losanges are quite big and - to be honest - quite annoying to swallow. None of the other products though could do such a dramatic difference to my hair regrowth!

Quality ingredients, Noticing a difference, less cracking or splintering hangnails. I take one in the morning and one in the evening with a meal. works great, No bad taste or fillers. The size may look big but since they are soft gels, they go down quick and easy. It doesn't upset my stomach either unlike other similar products for hair and nails that really don' t seem to help much. Irwin Naturals knows how to do it right.

As the title says, though I bought it for my hair, my nails are doing great! They grow fast and healthy and I haven't chipped/broken a nail in a long time. I have been getting this product from another vendor but then I found that iHerb has better pricing, free shipping, and it came super fast - maybe it's my zip code, but I got it in 2 days!

My hair looks thicker and feels amazing. It took at least a couple of months to see a difference, but I can see it. I give it only 4 stars because I don't see any difference in my nails. Giving that some time. But for hair, it worked for me.
