A perfect product! I easily make Protein Bread and Protein Pizza with it, so easy and it makes a 200 calories loaf with 48 g’ of Protein. You may see all recipes in my Instagram Linorlab.  I also add it to my famous 300 calories huge chocolate cake and it doubles the size. Last week made a wonderful marble cake using this powder with 2 chocolate flavor yogurt  and I got a 30 cm round cake, 10 cm highly of marble cake; 325 cal and 56 P. Amazing !!

I hate separating eggs and I hate throwing away yolks. I've been using a brand of egg white powder from the grocery store for several years but it's been harder to find and the container is very small. My son has celiac so I like to make angel food cakes because it has very little flour so it's easy to substitute gluten free ones without changing the texture at all. And it makes great meringue cookies or topping for pies as well. I just use the same proportions from the container that I had been buying: 1 egg = 2 teaspoons + 2 tablespoons warm water 12 eggs = 1/2 cup + 1.5 cups warm water Stir gently for 2 minutes with a whisk then proceed with the recipe (usually with an electric mixer).

I use it to make Keto Oat Fiber Egg White Dinner Rolls keto choux pastry *Ingredients* 5g Inulin/ Honey 3-6g active dry yeast 160-165 ml warm water *50g Egg white powder * 1/2 Baking powder 4g Arrowroot flour 9g sweetener your choices 0.5tsp cream of tartar / 2tsp apple cider vinegar 1/4 tsp sea salt When the foam is foamed n start to firm Add : 1/4 tsp Xanthan gum Beat on high speed until stiff peak Add: 4g Coconut milk powder 9g Oat fiber Sprinkle dried rosemary and onion powder over the top of the buns *Instructions* Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Whisk together the Inulin and warm water in the bowl of your stand mixer. Sprinkle the yeast over the water mixture. Allow to stand for 3-5 minutes to let the yeast bloom. Add in the egg white powder, arrowroot, allulose, cream of tartar, xanthan gum and salt. Start the mixer with the whisk attachment on low speed. Gradually increase the speed until full. Mix on full speed for 5 minutes. Reduce speed to low, add in the coconut milk powder and oat fiber and mix just until combined and no lumps are left. Using an ice cream scooper portion the batter into 9 rolls and place on a greased and parchment paper lined baking dish. Bake at 325f (162c) for 25-30 minutes.
