I love vitamins in powder form! And this one is great! I use it every time when feeling under the weather and every time it works great, always gives more energy. The only thing it may be a bit difficult to measure (there's no measuring spoon inside).

Really like this ascorbate vit C. Doesn't give me that bowel flush (but usually don't exceed 3000 mg daily) Will last me a long time so it's really good value for money.

Buffered C is for more body absorption compared to vitamin C, I have been using it for many years, can mixed with any beverage drink.

Good buffered vitamin c at not a bad price however the flavor is too strong and sweet for my taste, even though xylitol is a good sweetener. I wish it didn´t have silicon dioxide.
