In love with all labrada meal replacement its make me full even 1 scoop is enough for me coz its thick. I like it with skimmed milk as i dont like to mix with water.

The product is ok. I make it with water and drink it to replace my breakfast and it keeps me full for couple of hours. Chocolate taste is not to sweet but i think I prefer the vanilla
