I always use melatonin in case I want to have a good rest at night, smt I take 2 pills so that it works for sure, cuz 1 one pill maybe not enough. In general it's a great thing to have a good sleep at night, but don't use it too often not to get used to it.

Rceived the product on time and packaging was very good. Expiry date was exactly as mentioned by the vendor. I've been using this product for almost 4 years now. I used to suffer from the pain in my knees but after using this product along with Omega 3 6 9 supplements for a few months, no more pain… I highly recommend this supplement.

I ordered it for second time. I feel so much better than before. As a Muslim person our prayer needs to sit and stand up several times which is needs resilient joint.
