I still can’t evaluate the effect of taking ginkgo biloba leaves, but I believe that this is beneficial to my brain.
Bought this for my mom to help her with her memory issues. She tends to be forgetful in things. She has shown some improvement and remember things better though not totally. She also felt there is slight improvement in blood circulation around her legs. The capsules are slightly smaller than average and thus she has no problem swallowing it. There is no strange taste or smell.
