Great products at a great price! Unfortunately the capsules are a pretty large size but this is rather standard for magnesium capsules. Packaging is plastic which is refreshing as I always worry about glass smashing! It’s hard to tell if they are having any benefit without getting medical tests but I think they are working Also shout-out they are suitable for a vegetarian diet!
It's a great product, with a higher than average magnesium content, which is very good because when you have a heavier day, you need 500mg of magnesium supplementation. Excellent quality, good that it's vegan. The capsule is not small, but easy to swallow. The packaging is practical,large pack. The price is reasonable.
Ultimately my hubs and I were looking for a solid Magnesium supplement and found this one to be high quality with the exact blend of ingredients we were hoping to find.
