Nature's Way!I am a long time fan of cayenne pepper and have used it in many different forms over the years. This particular brand is my new favorite. The capsules are easy to take and the dosage is just right. I have noticed a difference in my digestion and overall gut health since taking these. I will definitely be buying them again.
I bought this and a few pther ingredients to make a lil DIY appetite suppressant. You can definitley tell the ingredient inside is actually cayenne pepper because it makes your tummy warm. No pain or anything though, and it does what I need it to. Also, the shipping was so fast and the product was inexpensive especially for the quality. I really do like buying my supplements from iHerb.
I bought this for my mother. She has been troubled by digestive problems (ibs, constipation, pain, blood in stool) for more than a decade. She told me that this made a huge difference within days she started using this. She can’t use powder cayennepeper or any pepper but with these capsules she had no troubles.
This, together with castor oil, is a powerful combo for aches, pains, arthritis, moles, skin tags, warts, etc. By itself, it's a natural blood thinner, stops external and internal bleeding, helps with high blood pressure, kicks off your metabolism, helps your thyroid (with castor oil), aids digestive issues, improves circulation, with no side effects! This little cayenne pepper is a powerful "medicine" to add to your meds cabinet. I love that the capsules expire in 5 years, and is why I purchased two bottles. I don't have much appetite like I used to when I started ingesting this in a capsule, or powder form directly in water, celtic salt, and fresh lemon juice. It wasn't intentional, but I have noticed a difference. So, yes, it curbs my appetite, but gives me energy!
Capsaicin, the active pungent of spicy foods, is the endogenous ligand of the transient receptor potential cation channel vanilloid subfamily member 1 (TRPV1). Experimental data show that TRPV1 activation leads to vasodilation, water retention and natriuresis - effects that may reduce blood pressure (BP). Capsaicin's anti-inflammatory qualities make it an effective supplement for promoting heart health. For example, a three-month study found that capsaicin significantly reduced the risk factors of heart disease in adults who had low HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) levels
I've taken supplements for a long time, but never tried cayenne until now. I can tell it is cleaning out my system. I took it hoping for relief with some nerve issues I have, but too soon to tell if it will help with that. I will continue taking it, I take 1 or 2 a day with food. I never get stomach burn when I take it.
I purchased cayenne with the hope to increase my metabolism and lose weight quicker. I like the nature's way brand, so I decided to give this supplement a try. The capsules are easy to take and they don't burn my throat. I take them in the morning so they do not interfere with sleep, and I always take them with food.
Little something for the circulation. I was starting to have swollen feet when i stand for long periods of time or when i sit at office desk all day without moving much. It really seems to help. Feet have not been swollen anymore so i will continue to use. Take with food though you can tell it gives you a burning sensation shortly after taking it, you can feel the “heat”. Supposed to help digestion as well, give you more “fire”• I didn’t have problems with that to begin with but can imagine it to work well for that, too.
