So I'm a vegan and I was not putting a lot of effort into my food. I felt tired, irritated and just plain miserable because of all the nutrient deficiency I had. Transitioning my 10 year old from gummies and chocolates to a swallow vitamin. He’s tired of the sugar and having to “eat candy” to get his vitamins each day. I wanted something that didn’t have more than 100% of most vitamins and was easy to swallow. This fit the bill for both. The percentages can be a little low for some important vitamins abs minerals, so this will definitely not replace a good diet with plenty of calcium and mineral rich foods. But, it definitely gives me peace of mind, especially during covid times. We supplement with Vit d3 (2,000) and on days he’s feeling a little under the weather we add a zinc and vitamin c drop. Price is great. Seems like mostly natural derivatives of vitamins. Effect seems to be the same as his previous gummies and chocolates (vitamins). No dips in energy transitioning.
