These mineral tablets are very convenient for fasting, two a day replenish what is needed and make me feel better. The size of the tablets is quite big but that's expected, they are not that hard to swallow. I like this combination of chelated minerals, good value for money, would buy again.

Absolutely best multi mineral out there. Only take one a day otherwise zinc level is too high for long term use (can affect copper levels). Tablets are HUGE, but easily break in half. A main stay for me!

Unbelievably large and rough, even for me, and I’m used to big capsules. If you cut it in half, the surface is so rough, it cuts your throat on the way down. Look at the size compared to a battery. It’s over half the length and as wide. Huge bottle for huge tablets. Will not purchase again.

The tablets are very large. Because I chocked on the first tablet I took, I now crush them and mix with food. probably won't buy them again.

The quality is good, i take it together with vitamin C 1000 and i felt the immediately effect when i was just about to get a flu exactly the day they arrived. It practically helped the body to push the flu away in few hours. I give it 1 star for the size though. They are incredible big, huge, 2.2 *1.00 *0.8 cm and is becoming more and more difficult to swallow . Every time is getting stuck in the throat. Today i almost suffocated myself and scratched my throat painfully and only by coughing i was able to remove it in the glass of water. Is very dangerous to be honest and because of this i won't order it again. Cut in half is still big, cut in 4 it will shatter so u need to chew it but that's not advisable. And you need to take 2 per day. There is many types of vitamins on the market with high composition in small sizes, made for people not for dogs.
