Got B-1 for my parents (60+ and 70+) for their cognitive health. One of the first effect that we have noticed is a better sleep quality. My dad has some troubles with walking so I am hopeful B-1 can improve it at least a bit. It's been only 2 weeks since they are taking it, so it's too early to say.

Works as it should. Had to take B1 supplements after having a relapse week and a half of drinking. Really help to get my mind and head back to an operating state. I find it helps alot in keeping mental strength and resilience. It has helped me out, so I continue taking them as I have seen a difference. Let's just say I don't feel like not taking them to see how it feels without 😅

I think my body really absorbed this brand’s version of B-1 really well. I was told by my integrative health practitioner that B-1 is good for movement. If you have the MTHFR-gene mutation or just need help moving forward when you walk this vitamin could be useful to you, like it has been for me. I take 1-3 tablets sometimes.. but that’s me. I use this for flea control (on myself). I'm a magnet for fleas and mosquitos. Fleas prefer me to the dog. I learned this from the vet's office where the vet is allergic to flea bites. I've been using it ever since and it is amazing how the fleas and mosquitoes don't bother me anymore.

I took a bottle of this together with some extra b6 and b12 when I had a nerve damage in my hand. After taking the vitamins my hand is much better so no problems !

Very important vitamin to be and feel calm that gets depleted when eating a lot of carbs and sugar. I started with this supplement (after also started Keto and already felt good results, so it works and very good) but after doing some research decided to switch to fat soluble B 1 vitamin by Life Extension (Mega Benfotiamine 250 mg) it’s much more expensive but better in a long run and has it’s other benefits. Water soluble or fat soluble- I’m planning on taking B1 for the rest of my life for sure.

My friend recommended me to take B1-vitamin for anxiety. Truth to be told it doesn't take all of my anxiety away, and even though it might all be because of placebo effects, I feel less anxious during some situations after eating this for a week. The package is much smaller than expected, but it then means smaller pills to eat, which is nice! I always trust the Now Foods quality and they didn't let me down again!
