I know this isn’t medically proven. But when COVID-19 started, my son came home from church saying a pastor recommended NAC supplement to help your body fend off illness. Not saying COVID-19 in particular. But during the shutdown, my boys still volunteered at the food pantry run by our church. They all conformed to rules of masks and frequent use of use of hand sanitizer. The boys loaded the cars, boxes were packed by women in the church. But none of the crew got COVID-19. As soon as the vaccine was available we all went to get ours. But I’d like to think NAC helped, along with our faith in God.

I have bought this supplement because I have tinnitus as a result of an acoustic shock I had while dancing in a nightclub. I am a dancer and I spend a lot of time clubbing. My doctor recommended me this supplement as well as Ginkgo Biloba. I've been taking both and, fortunately, I have experienced a huge improvement. My tinnitus has decreased from ringing 24/7 to hearing it only when I am in a room with no noises around. I have been taking one more medicine besides the supplements, but they play a huge role in my therapy. Moreover, NAC is used for repairing the damage that has just been caused. Because of that, making it a couple of hours before going to a club, and immediately after coming back allows me to save my hearing as much as possible. I would advise all people who frequently go to clubs that besides earplugs (which are extremely important) take NAC as well. It is natural, yet very beneficial. This is a miracle supplement I only have mild bronchitis and not sure if it would be as effective with more serioys COPD but worth a go I used to use my inhaler around 10 times per day and now I use it once or twice a day. The benefit of NAC is non-essential amino acid cysteine used to make and replenish glutathione. Good quality ingredients. Also helps to detoxify my liver. Also good for my husband as it helps to break up mucus good quality product, I like that it is an easy to swallow capsule . I would buy this again.
