She also started taking it and feels like her lower back pain has reduced greatly. Bought this as a postnatal supplement but my gynae said the epa content is too high. Ended up feeding this to my husband. No fishy smell, okay size, good price. Worth buying!

This Triglyceride form of fish oil can be absorbed well even if you don’t take it with food. The regular form of fish oil, however, needs to be taken with food containing some fat to be fully absorbed. The 1,000 iu of added vitamin D-3 is a plus.
