I'm a fit girl and needed some electrolytes during my workout to make my muscles grow and especially glutes which are a priority.:) Orange is a good taste of electrolyte drink and gives you many benefits not only hydration. It's a good source of vitamin C and E and drinking it during or before the workout is a good idea due to it's ingredients. Package is big and it's enough for 10 workouts in my case. I’m a huge fan on Nuun tablets. I find their balance of electrolytes helps stave off muscle spasms and I enjoy the flavour of these: not artificial but very pleasant. I find that if I start to have muscle pain, then stop to drink water with these in, the pain stops quickly, whereas with just water I struggle more.

These are great to maintain hydration or for re-hydration. Keeping them on hand is a smart idea. They come in a nice easy to store container, dissolve well and taste good.
