It comes in triglycerides form so our body can absorb better and it's doesn't contain natural flavor, which a lot of other brands do, I heard that natural flavor is not good for microbiome, so I choose to stay away from that.

I absolutely love this product! After my cardiologist from Mayo recommended this I tought I would give it a try. My triglycerides really were lower within a few months of using this! I was so excited. I also, like only having to take one pill. Most supplements you have to take 2 or three. You get a great price tbrough iHerb!

not bad omega 3 . it is concentrated so doesn't have to take other supplements to meet daily required amount. it benefits in lowering cholesterol and am hoping to see some hair growth as I read that omega supports that. it doesn't taste bad so can't complain! packaging is reasonable
