These are a nice healthy snack that I joy enjoy I used to buy them at my local co-op. I found them here for about the same price. They’re more on the pricey side but they’re worth it, they’re wild caught which I like. They taste really good. I just eat mine by the spoonful I don’t really add them to anything. My favorite, are the smoked and lemon herb. They also come from Spain.
