They’re very good. However, I would need some help eating them because they have such a rich flavor that I found I couldn’t eat so much in one sitting and they ended up going to waste later. But the taste is actually pretty good. Are they exactly like pork rinds? No, and they will not fool someone who is used to eating real pork rinds. But it’s an acceptable substitute.
