I was looking for the safest non-chemical option to dye my hair, and this was first one on the list. Also, the cheapest price on iHerb than anywhere else. Absolutely loved the color, intense brown, looks very natural, no red tones as most henna based hair dyes whould do. Definitely highly recommend it!

My first time ever using henna. My hair is light grey … almost white. I Used with Apple cider vinegar and strong coffee. Instead of brown ( I bought Medium brown) I am now a ginger. Not what I wanted but kind of like it, even though no one else seems to. Oh well.

My hair is very dark so it barely changed its colour, but it did give it a slightly more saturated look. On the first week with the henna my hair was the softest it's ever been. I didn't even wash my hair with conditioner. It looked gorgeous and felt very soft. It was a bit more difficult to brush than usual, though. After the first wash the effect wore off a bit then after the second wash my hair got back to normal. It didn't give me the long-term effect I was hoping for, but it was nice while it lasted. One thing I didn't like is how it made my hair smell like a barn. On the first two days it was very strong, then it quickly dissipated over the next few days.

The first time I used the henna, the coverage was not full. the second time - I got it right, but it didn’t match my natural hair color- it looks more golden brown than medium brown, in my opinion. I recommend this product, it’s a good hair dye substitute, lasts for weeks, but only for people with light brown hair. I will purchase the dark brown henna. this is my Henna recipe (for shoulder length hair): 2 tbsp of henna, 2 tbsp apple vinegar, 1 tbsp black coffee brewed with 1/3 cup of water, 1 tbsp cocoa. I have been using henna for years. The henna powder that I used in the past tend to be drying for my hair. This Rainbow Research Henna is good. It softens my hair and is not drying. Henna powder stains only hair. It does not stain the skin. On the skin, it can be removed after a few washes with soap.

I followed the instructions, used concentrated coffee for "darker" results. Applied two times, for three hours each one. I only got the "old gold"tone on greys. They must adapt use for greys. I will try to mix it with black henna, I expect to reach darker tones. Tnx for like.

I really love this henna. Smells great. It gives my natural hair colour so it doesn't change anything but leaves the hair so soft, moisturized, doesn't irritate a sensitive scalp. It is a product of a good quality. I was using it for more than a year and ordered it again.

Great natural product, with good quality. It has natural scent. Pretty easy to use. I add black tea in order to hide the red color on hair. Then 1 spoon of oil, lemon juice. Thrn hair is not dry. i've been using the burgundy for so long, thought i'd change it up to the medium brown. i think it will take a few times to get the red out, but this worked well for covering my grays. i used english breakfast tea with acv for the liquid.

I am very pleased with this Rainbow hair colouring product. It is so easy to use as there is just one step. ie mix and apply. I mix the dark and medium brown everytime I use it so the colours vary very nicely - more lighter streaks in the summer, I use the apple cider vinegar as suggested and it works well for me to cover the gray. I do not have much gray, My hair always feel very soft afterwards and that is great. I have to re do my hair every 6 weeks but I am happier to that than use permanent dyes, I love this product and always buy from iherb as it is not sold in Europe.
