It is my first time consuming from this brand as an alternative to my regular SR Omega 3 Fish Oil Triple Strength 180 caps, which is still not in stock upon placing order. RSP offered 1250mg per cap. 1 cap per serving daily which is convenient for me compared to other brands that requires 4-6 caps per serving. Although the EPA 450mg + DHA 300mg is different compared to SR brand (EPA 690mg + DHA 260mg) but it is still higher and better than commercial ones that has EPA 180mg + DHA 120mg and costs more. It's a softgel cap and easy to swallow. Cons : slight fishy after taste if you chew the cap!

I usually order the Now Foods Ultra Omega 3, but I tried this since it was on sale for a great price. Good EPA to DHA ratio and a generous helping of both. Fish oil made from anchovy, sardine, salmon and tuna. No Tilapia or other fish like that. It's too early to tell whether it has the same effect as Now, but there is no after taste or anything.

Haven't had any nasty fish oil burps. I usually switch between a couple brands depending on sales at the time. Typically took 1 pill a day, but upped it to 2-3 a day for a couple months. Latest blood tests showed better levels, so i'd like to think it had an effect. Would order again.

This is the best fish oil I have ever used. Good quality, no fishy smell. Clear ingredients, high EPA and DHA content. It helps me lower my cholesterol and is good for my heart.

This one has 120 softgels and quite high potency compares to its price. One a day so one bottle will last almost 4 months. Worth the price!

I started this range after finishing my previous omega 3 brand, this one I only need to take one capsule per day n is sufficient as compared to taking two of my previous brand. my eyes are more comfortable and less dry. this is more cost savings

if you take only one supplement make it omega 3. this one is pretty good with decent price. mind that it's large so harder to swallow.
