I was feeling like under the weather the other day, headache all day and fatigue. Started taking this one pill per 3 hours as per the recommended dosage. The next day I feel great and the headache was completely gone! Would recommend this at the first sign of cold or flu symptoms.

This was a life saver the other month when my 8yo started showing signs of getting the flu (low-grade fever). We took the tablets in conjunction with the syrup and her symptoms were minor and lasted only a couple days. She was back to normal without ever getting full-blown sick. I attribute it to the power of elderberry. When taking the tablets out, be careful not to break the tablet by popping them from the plastic side. They won't complete implode, but you may have a crumbly mess. Better to be gentle and cut the foil open with your nail and gently peel it back. My daughter likes the taste and doesn't mind taking her medicine.

This is the best medication for cold & flu and most effective and fast relief when taken at early onset of cold/flu symtoms. Its soothing slight minty and subtle pleasant sweetness slowly dissolves in my mouth, is very comforting for my angry throat, runny/blocked nose.

All of us in my family are great believers in sambucol. I was in the hospital several years ago with the flu. My husband also tested positive and my nurse recommended that he take sambucol. He did and never developed any symptoms. I do like the syrup better. I think the syrup is "stronger". My own perception I'm sure, but I like having the tablets as a back up.

I didn't have much expectation for these tablets but they were a pleasant surprise, they really helped during cold/flu season, and not just that basic cold (it almost nips it in the bud) but a hard core flu as well (though we did need dr's prescription/medication for that as well, these tablets are of course not going to to be enough). They eased the headache and sinus pain due to congestion and helped with chills and overall tiredness. They're not miraculous and won't erase the flu but they make it more bearable and shorten it a bit, you can feel the relief and see an improvement shortly after taking it. Quality supplement, tastes good, easy to use.

I have used this particular Sambucol product for over 10 years and it's my favorite. I learned years ago that an Israeli virologist discovered black elderberry's powers and developed this product. Other Sambuscus products just don't have the predictable strength of this. I stock up in fall and this is one of the handful of products I never allow myself to run out of. At the first sign of a cold which for me is a slight sore throat I take this and the cold never develops. If I wait a bit too long I may have to take 2.

My family is unfortunately infected with the new coronavirus. They feel a sore throat, like a cut. We look for something to fight them. But most lozenges for sore throat have sugars that draw their cough more seriously. Finally, I found this. My family told me they feel better after taking this and it won't make them cough. I am glad that I can buy this for my family.

it's #1 for a reason... Works great, I oftentimes get a cold especially fall time when the weather changes. I wanted something to help my immune system with all the right quality of ingredients in it and benefits the immune system. With all the stuff floating around in the air, everyone needs to supplement to improve their likelihood of fighting off sickness. Elderberry is is amazing! The taste is actually pretty good, I also like that it is vegetarian.
