I was taking another brand of alpha lipoic acid to help with neuron regeneration and pain and it was not working at all. As soon as I switched to this brand it was like night and day. I think the cinnamon works synergistically with it, but the Solgar brand is also just much better. As far as my order itself, I got my package very quickly, with minimal packaging and good follow up from iHerb. I recommend their service highly.

Gentle on the stomach and a great way to take cinnamon which has shown itself to be fantastic at lowering blood sugar levels. I love this combination together and I feel so much better for taking this product.

Kind of big, but not hard to swallow. Has a hint of cinnamon flavor, but easier to take than for me than actual cinnamon. Time will tell how much it helps with blood sugar stabilization.

It helps balance metabolism of sugar levels while as well causes less craving for food in general. I don't know if this was expected, but it is a good thing. These tabs are easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. Take one tablet per day with food for a better absorption and in order not to get any stomach issues (especially if you are sensitive).

Been on this for a week and I know I feel better earting this in the mornings right after a light breakfast. Also I think I may hv lost some weight due to this supplement, but its just abit of weight. Less than a kilo really. However something in it is working because I feel better. Not just because of the minimal weight loss, but just generally better in health.
