This is the first Beta Glucan I ever tried and it did nothing for me. I only took one a day for a month. Maybe I needed two but I do not like to double up on vitamins. The good thing about this glucan capsulse is that I loved the size of the capsules. Not too big just the right size. I enjoyed taking these capsules but they did not help to build up my immune system. I will try them again in the future and take two instead of one. Source Natural is a good company.
