This pink salt is fine and easy to use. Good price for the volume. Quality good and improve the taste of the food. No potassium so it is good for health. I use it frequently, from breakfast, lunch to dinner. The size is good and contains more ingredients than other brands. Recommend!

This salt has the best flavor! Unlike traditional iodized salt, the pink Himalayan salt tastes saltier and I tend to use less salt.

Good quality Himalaya salt! Tastes way better than ordinary salt. Would recommend trying it.

A german company sent me some time ago the analysis of their himalayan salt and it's true these tiny crystals contain more than 80 minerals including REEs. Rare earth elements are a set of seventeen chemical elements in the periodic table, specifically the fifteen lanthanides plus scandium and yttrium. Recommend for sure!

I have been sodium-free for years, but with low adrenal function, and low thyroid, need real salt with these minerals and I don't salt food. For that reason, and to alkalinize water, I add a couple lemon wedges and I add a heaping 1/32 of a measuring spoon, also called a "smidge" to about a cup of water and sip throughout the day. It will dissolve in cold water when stirred vigorously for about a minute. No similarity at all with table salt, either in taste or quality, health benefits with this one.

It is pure rock salt with lots of trace minerals. I really like the pink colour and the mild taste. Only drawback of the mild taste is that you have to use a big amount to get the salty taste. I alternate it with pure iodine salt, because iodine is also essential for thyroid function.
