I was low in B12 on some blood results. This gas helped boost it. I usually am not a fan on cherry flavouring but this is still easy to take and the taste isn’t off putting.

It can feel more like anemia when one's energy is very low, especially in the morning when you expect to feel fine. Since going vegan I feel much lighter and needed the energetic boost that this product provides. It really is Excellent and may be helping my body to function fully.

It is fact that methylcobalamin (this form of Vitamin B-12) and hydroxycobalamin (another form of Vitamin B-12) are absorbed at a higher percentage rate by the body than cyamocobalamin (the most commonly sold form of Vitamin B-12). If you feel you have a need for Vitamin B-12 and have made sure with your doctor that it won't interact with any medications you may be taking (very unlikely, in my opinion), I most highly recommend this product.
