I received these tablets today and all it took was one tablet this morning to normalise my resting heart beat which had been high for over a month. Eating and drinking high potassium foods and juices helped, but it was a daily struggle to get my resting heart rate down and keep it down throughout the day. An added bonus of this product is its calcium content, which is especially necessary for older women.
