It caused my stomach to be upset and I couldn’t understand why - then I looked at all the other vitamins I was taking that did so and found the common culprit - modified food starch. I don’t know if this is new, it seems to be, but many vitamin makers are using this as a filler and it causes me to have extreme acid reflux and other stomach issues. If you have a sensitive gut, watch out for modified food starch.
