Thompson's Hydrolyzed Gelatin came quickly. I have only been using these for 2 months so am not sure if they are strengthening my nails of not. Will need to wait a lot longer to know. MY nails are horrible, splitting and peeling all the time so I"m hoping this will help them to grow beyond the skin and not be so sore.
