I bought this when they discontinued the SLS-free peppermint toothpaste, which was the first toothpaste in a long while that my family could agree upon. Kids liked the taste (minty but not too strong) and I liked the fact that there were no artificial foaming agents. This one is ok, but the kids don't like the taste, and even though it's pretty subtle, I'm not a big fan of the aniseed-y flavor myself. I see there are no more SLS-free products from Tom's. Is there a reason?
