Right after the birth of my child it was a little hard to wear but over time it has been able to fit better and I feel less pressure in my hips and back. Can’t keep in for too long and hurts while sitting but standing feels very supported!

Not super comfortable as it shifts around. Not long enough so if you have a longer torso half your belly sticks out at the bottom.
