To be fair, this may be a 5 star product to someone else. I didn't realize it was UNblanched which completely changes the texture, appearance and flavor as compared to blanched almond flour. The unblanched is brown from the almond skins which not only turns the color much darker, but creates a grittier texture and stronger flavor that I was not fond of.
