This is the second bottle I purchase, and I think this is going to be a long very long romance. this essence just gives me such a boost of hydration, I can't believe its just an essence and not cream , the effect is really outstanding, I mean if I don't have time for all the 10 stages of k beauty, or when I want to go running and give my face a Lil boost , I put only this angel...

I have combo/oily acne prone skin and intrigued by this from Kelly Driscoll. The texture and performance of this essence is more like a liquid serum, similar to Paulas choice 10 niacinamide in texture. Very liquidity, almost water like. It dries instantly and sets to a sort of tacky finish. While it does offer a moisturizing finish, it is not that hydrating or soothing. I didn’t find this relieved my sometimes sensitive skin the same way that Missha red algae, artemisia or I’m from rice toner does. It does have clarifying effects and helped calm some minor breakouts. My skin feels smoother after using this. This was not that hydrating, I had to layer it with a hydrating serum/toner. I’m not sure I’d purchase this again, this didn’t check all my boxes. My skin was more sensitive and red then usual, likely because it needed a more hydrating soothing product. I did enjoy it for gently treating breakouts but I have other toners/essences that I love more.

beautiful hydrating essence 😍. it is my always go to when my skin is inflammed or dull. the ingredient list are perfect and very nourishing. i have a combo skin and i always love how this essence is not too thick or greasy or just watery light it is a perfect well rounded hydrating essence. would 100% recommend to every skin type especially to those acne prone 👍🏻

For active ingredient, this boosting essence does not show immediate result. I like using it as a "maintenance" instead of "correction." Even tho it has a light oily texture, you won't feel oily after applying it (p.s. I have oily prone skin). The package and the size are satisfying.

I really enjoy this toner for light acne / oil control. This keeps oil in check and feels very light and refreshing. Good for most skin types, particularly oily, dehydrated, or normal skin. You could also use this as a first layer toner and layer an essence on top for more dry skin types. I have a back-up of this and will likely purchase again!

I really like this Essence. It provides light hydration and moisture along with some brightening and soothing. I didn’t notice any oil control but my skin is very oily. It is very lightweight and absorbs fast but nourishing enough so it can take the place of my serum step. I think is a great essence that provides multiple benefits and helps simplify my skin care routine.

Its doesn’t have smell. It’s really smooth, like water, it helps you prepare your skin to absorb so much better the rest of the products coming after this. I love it.

this is fancy! i love the thick glass bottle it just looks so good, and it's good on the inside too! this quick absorbing essence it's great as a first step in my rutine and i noticed it helped reduce some pimples i got.

My skin loves this essence. I have no problem using this even when my skin is very irritated. I have oily but dehydrated skin and this is great as a hydrating step after cleansing

I got this product for hydration because it doesn't have any Hyaluronic Acid in it, so I can use it in a dry climate. The texture is very watery, it provides a nice base for my other products.
