She says these pills are amazing, as she used to sleep with a towel lined on top of the linen and it would all get wet during the night, but now she enjoys sleeping comfortably without it. I take other supplements for menopause relief, so it can be hard to know which one gets the credit. But these seem to help, and I like the ingredient lists, including the addition of vitamins B6 and the active form of B12.

I bought this primarily for the soy isoflavones, which have been proven to provide menopausal relief. I think i'm seeing some benefit, but it's hard to tell because I take this along with other herbs and phytoestrogens. I like that it includes B6 and the bioavailable from of B12.
